Chemical corrosion resistance
The hose has been tested and proven to withstand the oils and chemicals commonly used by users without deteriorating.
Anti torsion bending
Twisting (tight curling, twisting, bending, stretching or winding a part of the cable) will reduce flow rate and weaken product performance. Due to its softness and ability to withstand small bending radii, our pipes will not experience installation twisting.
Concentricity
Inconsistent wall thickness of pipes can cause premature failure at weak points, resulting in equipment failure and even life-threatening situations.
Our pipes have consistent wall thickness, and professional manufacturing technology, mold technology, and material flow control capabilities can produce three concentric layers of pipes.
Thermal stability and crack resistance
The hose materials have strong extreme temperature tolerance and can be used at temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to+100 ℃. The outermost layer is made of extremely flexible polyester fibers, which have strong wear resistance, allowing the hose to be used for a long time and crack resistant.
